Starting a New Chapter

I haven't been keeping up with my blog as of late because in June I finally was able to move back to Los Angeles. Settling in has taken a while: finding an apartment, a day job and just the stress of moving took a lot out of me. It's been a very long and emotional journey and I couldn't have done it without the support of my friends and family. It's always difficult to start over, whether it's a brand new city or a place you are familiar with. But the past two years for me have been fraught with so much negativity, drama and the feeling of worthlessness. So to be back in a city that embraces creativity and uniqueness, and the support of some amazing friends, is like having a huge weight lifted off of me. Of course there is still plenty of stress to be had. Getting back into the audition game and finding a new agent is always stressful. But I know, in the end, it will be worth it. I will definitely keep this blog updated with my latest ventures. I am still in the process of settling in but the moment I returned to LA, it felt like I had never left, which I take it as a very good sign! So here's to new beginnings, and determination!
